I FINALLY BEAT RUE'S EPISODE ON THREADS OF FATE!!! xD YAY!! That only took a few YEARS! With lots of HELP. I blame Mel, the swing minigame was ridiculous.

Alright, so I managed to beat off Doll Master, I finally figured out how to do it-- Transform into a frickin' monster. A Jinn and a Hellhound does the trick okay, I wasn't even paying attention to Doll Master's bar. Too busy looking at mine, and then the fight was over so quickly, I didn't know what had happened.

So, then I ran into Valen and the Dewprism, and that was just a ridiculous fight. I wasted a LOT of time before I figured out how THAT fight was going to go (I mean, seriously, attack Valen directly?! He had a shield around him, I thought it was like most other video games and an attack would bounce off. Luckily, I missed the big monster Morning Dew thing with a magic attack and hit Valen, then figured it out xD)

It gets SO MUCH BETTER. -.- Valen comes BACK, but THIS TIME, he's infused with the effing Dewprism!!! I can only attack him when he's hot PINK. OY. And I couldn't transform, but I was fighting him as Rue without the hat on (holy crap, do I love his hair, it's awesome 8D). Nothing special, except for the fact that one of my attacks had been taken away and replaced with a guard, which actually turned out to be useful.

Was the end dialogue LONG. And then, after the whole ordeal, the game gave me the option to play as MINT (I guess after going through both episodes, you can play them again at a harder level-- ...). BIG MISTAKE in the beginning. Mint's ten times weaker than Rue, the first guardian took me 15 minutes to beat because she can only deal out about 1 Hp of damage per swing of a pair of golden hoops. But, now that I'm farther along, I'm absolutely loving her magic attacks. They get soooo much nicer as you collect types. Circle is the hardest to get (a very specific rock in an early screen in the game), but damn, is it worth it!

The only thing that really bothers me about the magic, though, are the pictures. Most of them make sense so far (I only have light, water, fire, wind, black and electricity), like light is an angel, black is a witch with a cannon (the magic is usually some form of bomb) fire is a little baby dragon, water is a dolphin-thing, and so on. But electricity. No. It's a DUCKLING. A DUCKLING. I DON'T GET IT.

Alright, back to playing my favorite game <3!! XD
